Thin-skinned, evenly graded Dermason white beans that cook to a creamy centre while holding their shape in the pot.

Dermason is the most widely grown white bean in Türkiye, with medium-sized grains and a notably thin skin. It cooks to a creamy interior without breaking apart, which is why kitchens rely on it for slow-simmered dishes. Every lot is screened, size-graded and cleared of stones and foreign matter before packing.

Packed at our Gaziantep plant under HACCP and ISO 22000 systems, the beans suit wholesalers, canners and catering suppliers alike. Bulk and retail packing options are available, and shipments move through our export arm, Ninas Import & Export.
