This Personal Data Protection Notice has been prepared by Misso Foods in its capacity as data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

2. Personal Data Processed

The following personal data of yours may be processed through our website and our contact/quotation forms:

• Identity data: first name, last name.
• Contact data: telephone number, e-mail address.
• Request/transaction data: message content, service request, company name, budget range.
• Transaction security data: IP address, browser information, cookie records.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

• Responding to your requests, questions and applications and maintaining communication,
• Preparing quotations and providing our services,
• Performing contractual processes and fulfilling obligations,
• Developing the website, ensuring its security and carrying out statistical analysis,
• Fulfilling legal obligations.

4. Legal Grounds for Processing

Pursuant to Article 5 of the KVKK, your personal data is processed on the legal grounds of being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, the fulfilment of the data controller's legal obligations, legitimate interests and, where necessary, your explicit consent.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes set out above, to legally authorised public institutions, to the hosting, e-mail and infrastructure providers whose services we use, and to our business partners, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and for the statutory limitation periods prescribed by the relevant legislation; where that period expires or the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights Under the KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request its erasure or destruction, to request that processing be restricted, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
