The traditional category is reserved for crops grown in Gaziantep and south-eastern Anatolia that carry the culinary identity of the region. Capers from our own 2,500 hectares of plantations form the core of the group, joined by other regional crops prepared using methods particular to the area.
These lines are processed within the same ISO 22000, HACCP and HALAL systems as the rest of our range and packed at our Gaziantep facilities. Importers and distributors who want regional specialities in their catalogue can contact our sales team for the current list and for season planning.
