The cream range consists of four Antep pistachio products: pistachio cream, kataifi pistachio cream, pistachio paste and pistachio sauce. The pistachios come from our own harvest and are processed at our export-registered plant.
Kernels are roasted and then fine-milled so the texture stays smooth and even. Production runs on a closed line under ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 control. Jars go to retail breakfast and dessert shelves, while bulk formats reach pastry, ice cream and chocolate manufacturers as a filling. We are open to private-label jar and label projects.
