A coarse-cut bulgur that stays firm through cooking, made for pilafs where every grain is meant to stand apart.

Coarse bulgur is the largest cut in our range, produced from parboiled and dried durum wheat. The big particles hold their bite through cooking, give a pronounced texture and carry sauces and butter particularly well.

Our milling line separates the fines away so each lot arrives at a single, consistent calibre. It is packed in export formats for catering producers, restaurant suppliers and importers serving Middle Eastern and Levantine markets.

Applications Fluffy pilaf, meat and bulgur dishes, side servings, vegetable pilafs

Storage Store in a dry, cool, ventilated area and reseal the pack once opened.
