A large, meaty dry bean that stands up to long cooking and gives stews a full, rounded body without falling apart.
Bush beans are noticeably larger and meatier than standard white bean varieties. They soften without disintegrating over long cooking times and leave stews with a full, rounded mouthfeel. After drying, the crop passes through cleaning and calibration lines so each lot arrives uniform in size and colour.
The grade travels well from supermarket shelf to institutional kitchen. Production and packing follow BRC standards, and private-label runs under the buyer's own brand can be arranged for regular importers.
