Bulgur for Making Meatballs
A fine-cut bulgur that swells quickly and kneads into a workable dough, the working base of traditional kibbeh and çiğ köfte.
This is the finest grade in our bulgur range, milled from parboiled and dried durum wheat. It swells within minutes in warm water and kneads into a cohesive dough, making it the base for kibbeh shells, çiğ köfte and lentil patties.
Screening keeps the particle size within a tight band so water uptake behaves the same batch after batch. Export packaging serves kibbeh and ready-meal manufacturers, restaurant groups and importers of Turkish speciality foods.
