Sun Dried Apricot

Naturally sun-dried apricots with a dark amber colour and a concentrated, jam-like fruit flavour, dried entirely in the open air.

Sun-dried apricots are laid out and dried in the open air. The method darkens the colour and concentrates the natural sugars, giving smaller fruit with a deeper, almost jam-like flavour than conventionally dried grades.

Because nothing is added to lighten the colour, the grade suits natural food brands, health-focused snack ranges and speciality retailers. Shipments are handled worldwide through Ninas Import & Export.
