These pistachios are grown on our Gaziantep plantations and roasted in shell at a controlled temperature. The result combines a crisp shell, the green-violet kernel inside and the full, oily aroma that roasting brings forward.

With a 2,000 tonne annual pistachio capacity and a pistachio facility registered for export, Misso supplies nut wholesalers and retail chains on a steady schedule, holding roasting parameters identical across batches.
