Roasted Hazelnut

Hazelnut kernels roasted so the skin lifts away, giving the deep aroma and crisp bite the chocolate industry works with.

The kernels are roasted until the skin lifts, turning the surface light brown, crisping the texture and bringing the characteristic hazelnut aroma forward. Rapid cooling after the roast locks the flavour in place.

Türkiye's hazelnut base meets our processing and packing capacity in Gaziantep. Size-graded lots are prepared for chocolate, wafer and hazelnut paste producers as well as for mix packers.
