Raisin Black
Sun-dried black raisins from our own Turkish vineyards, deep in colour with a concentrated, naturally sweet flavour.
Black raisins are sun-dried after harvest, then destemmed, washed and graded by size. The berries are fleshy and dark, with a sweetness that reads noticeably deeper than lighter raisin grades.
Supplied in steady volumes to bakery and cereal manufacturers. Grapes are part of our 2,500-hectare plantation base, so the raw material stays traceable from field to container.
