Raisin Black

Dark, intensely flavoured black raisins for bakers and manufacturers who want a stronger fruit note in the final product.

Black raisins stand apart with their deep burgundy-to-black colour and a fuller, faintly caramelised flavour compared with lighter grades. The berries are firm, hold their shape in dough and survive baking without breaking down.

Harvest, drying and sorting stages are recorded so each lot stays traceable. Bread and cake producers, muesli lines and wholesale distributors can order the product in bulk sacks or in portioned consumer packs.
