Golden Raisin (Sultanas)

Seedless sultana raisins with a golden colour and uniform grading, supplied for industrial and private-label programmes.

Sultanas are produced from seedless sultana grapes, dried and then sorted. The grade is recognised by its golden colour, thin skin and berries that stay whole in a mix, with a pronounced sweetness and a supple, chewy texture.

Stems and foreign material are removed through successive cleaning and sizing steps. Bakery groups, cereal manufacturers and private-label buyers can source the product in bulk or retail formats, produced under HALAL and Kosher certified flows.
