Turkish dried figs with a soft body and honey-like sweetness, sorted by size and packed for export and retail programmes.

Dried figs are prepared by drying ripened fruit and then sorting it by size. The light beige colour, a sweetness close to honey and the gentle crunch of the fine seeds inside are what define the product.

Sizing, cleaning and pressing follow documented food safety procedures. The fruit is offered in several presentation formats for nut wholesalers, gift-pack fillers and importers building their own retail range.
