Almond Raw

Untreated raw almond kernels, supplied for buyers who run their own roasting, slicing or milling lines in house.

Raw almonds are shelled kernels that have had no heat treatment at all. They keep their pale beige colour, hard and brittle texture and mild, milky sweetness, releasing their full aroma only once the buyer processes them.

The grade fits confectioners, dairy plants and plant-based beverage producers running their own roasting or grinding steps. After screening and sizing it ships in bulk or in the customer's own packaging.

Storage Store cool and dry; as an unroasted product it must be kept well away from damp areas.
