Our dragee range covers 14 varieties built by layering chocolate over a nut, coffee or wafer centre. Pistachio, almond, hazelnut, coffee bean and wafer centres are enrobed in milk, dark or white chocolate, and the range also includes mixed chocolate dragees and a hard sugar-shelled stone chocolate mix.
Coating lines run under temperature and humidity control within our ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 systems, and HALAL and Kosher certification opens distribution in a wide set of markets. Dragees suit confectionery aisles, gift tins, seasonal assortments and hospitality service, and are available for wholesale supply or private-label production.
