Roasted Crispy Chickpea

Controlled roasting gives this chickpea a firm shell and a quick-dissolving centre, a neutral crisp for almost any mix.

The chickpeas are size-graded, then roasted at a controlled temperature so the shell hardens while the centre stays light. With no salt added, the taste is plain and cereal-like and clears the palate quickly.

Stones, hulls and foreign matter are taken out during sifting and sorting. Offered in bulk or in finished packs for wholesalers and for companies packing under their own brand.
