Raw Almond is shelled, cleaned and packed without any roasting or frying step. Because the natural moisture balance is left intact, the kernel stays firm and snaps cleanly, with a mild, milky sweetness that keeps it neutral enough for further processing.

Lots pass careful sorting and size grading, so they can go straight into a buyer's own roasting, slicing or coating line. Packed under ISO 9001 and HACCP for bakery chains, almond milk and almond flour producers, and importers working in bulk.
