Misso Foods is part of Misso Agriculture Group, a team of 190 people, with manufacturing centred on our Gaziantep production base. Turning raw material from the field into packed goods and shipping them to markets around the world depends on production, quality control, warehouse, export and sales working to the same rhythm. That is why we hire with the whole team in mind, not just a single seat.

The scale of the work here is real: a 20-hectare facility, 2,500 hectares of plantations, and hundreds of trucks and containers leaving every month. Working in a plant audited against international food safety standards builds experience that carries weight across the industry. We look for people who take quality seriously, respect process discipline and want to keep learning — and we prefer to build long-term working relationships with them.

The areas where we most often build teams:

• Production and operations — line operators, shift leads and maintenance teams across processing, roasting, sorting, calibration and packing.
• Quality control and food safety — raw material acceptance, in-line checks, laboratory analysis, and running HACCP and certification processes.
• Foreign trade — export documentation, customs and letter-of-credit procedures, and colleagues who can handle international correspondence in more than one language.
• Logistics and warehousing — load planning, stock management, container and truck organisation, shipment tracking.
• Sales and customer relations — domestic wholesale, business development in export markets, and follow-up on private-label projects.
